云南省科學(xué)技術(shù)情報研究院查新檢索中心是國家科技部認定的全省唯一國家級科技查新機構。中心查新員隊伍經(jīng)驗豐富， 力量雄厚，碩博學(xué)歷占70%，高級職稱(chēng)人員占50%。憑借豐富的信息資源、現代化檢索手段，高素質(zhì)的人才隊伍，科學(xué)規 范的管理，對申報各級計劃項目、成果鑒定項目，申報獎勵項目，技術(shù)引進(jìn)項目等提供查新報告；通過(guò)國際聯(lián)機和國內 相關(guān)數據庫，為用戶(hù)檢索最新、最全的收錄、引文信息，出具檢索證明報告；在云南省率先開(kāi)展專(zhuān)利信息分析與預警服務(wù)， 為企業(yè)提供知識產(chǎn)權分析報告。以其權威性、客觀(guān)性、公正性、產(chǎn)生了廣泛的社會(huì )影響，形成了良好的服務(wù)品牌。

Technical Retrieval Center of Yunnan Academy of Scientific & Technical Information is the only national technical retrieval agency in Yunnan province, which is issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology. The center has a team of highly professional and experienced staff. Staff with master's degree or above is accounted for 70%, and staff with high-level technical title is accounted for 50%. With a wealth of information resources, modern search tools, high-quality personnel, scientific and standardized management, we provide technical retrieval reports to apply for all levels of R&D projects, achievements appraisal, S&T progress awards, and technology transfer projects. Through international and domestic online relational database, we retrieve the latest & most complete collection and citation information for users, and issue retrieval evidence report. We are also the first agency in Yunnan Province to provide patent information analysis and early warning service, providing intellectual property analysis report for enterprises and the government. With authority, objectivity, and impartiality of the reports, our service has a broad social impact, and form a good brand of service.

中心發(fā)展

1992年 云南省科學(xué)技術(shù)情報研究院查新檢索中心成立。

1997年 獲得原國家科委(現科技部)授權的“國家一級查新單位資格”認證， 成為了獲此認證的17家綜合情報所之一，也是云南省唯一的國家一級查新咨詢(xún)單位。

2004年 中心作為情報院ISO9000質(zhì)量管理體系構建的試點(diǎn)部門(mén)編制了ISO9000 框架下符合查新規范的科技查新《質(zhì)量手冊》及《科技查新程序文件》。2005年云南省科學(xué)技術(shù)情報研究院正式通過(guò)了ISO9000質(zhì)量管理體系認證。

2006年 陸續開(kāi)展了企業(yè)競爭情報服務(wù)、軟課題研究項目及可研項目等研究。

2010年 開(kāi)始開(kāi)展專(zhuān)利分析咨詢(xún)業(yè)務(wù)，為企業(yè)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、技術(shù)引進(jìn)及對外貿易提供知識產(chǎn)權相關(guān)預警服務(wù)。

2013年 中心籌建了“云南省查新咨詢(xún)服務(wù)平臺”（www.tpi-preorder.com）實(shí)現科學(xué)化、數字化管理。
